  • Most of our items are pre-owned, vintage, liquidations, estates, close-outs or consignments.  All items are sold AS-IS with NO RETURNS. Because of the difference in screens & monitors we cannot be responsible for variations in color. If you have any questions about an item prior to purchase, please feel free to call us at 301-221-7325 Monday thru Saturday from 10 am thru 6 pm Eastern time. If we are unavailable, please leave a message and your call will be returned within 24 hours excluding Sundays.   • We pride ourselves on treating our customers right and strive to build relationships. A happy customer is a return customer, if there is an issue   with your purchase, please reach out to us via email and let us know.  If we've misrepresented an item or missed something in the description, we will do everything reasonable that works for you and us.  

  • Payments on our website are handled thru PayPal. You can use your major credit cards thru PayPal without having an account. Orders shipped to a Maryland address are subject to Maryland sales tax. We accept cash & credit cards (with a minimum $50 purchase) for purchases at our pop-up shops, car & bike shows and other off-site events. Prices at events in Maryland include 6% state sales tax.

  • Upon completion of your order you will receive an email confirmation from PayPal of payment received. Additionally you will receive an automated email from us letting you know that your order is "awaiting fulfillment" ( being processed). 

  • Orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days not including weekends. If you need an item sooner, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate you but we can only guarantee the original shipping window. Once your item is shipped you will receive a tracking number if one is issued (USPS Priority, UPS, and FedEx)                                                                            

  • ONCE AN ITEM IS SHIPPED WE CAN NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR DELIVERY DELAYS BY THE CARRIER                                                                                                                                    
  •  Some items that are too large to ship will be sold as "FOR PICKUP ONLY" .  You can schedule an in person pick-up at our warehouse in Gaithersburg, MD . Items available for pick-up are subject to 6% Maryland sales tax.  Pick-up must be made within 5 business days of purchase and is only available on larger items unless prior arraignments are made. Please call or email prior to purchase to schedule a pick-up time.

  • We sell our items at shows, events and other online auctions, and occasionally an inventory item shown or purchased on our site may be no longer available. In this instance, buyers will be notified and issued a full refund with our apologies.



  •  We are looking to purchase and or consign items that appeal to riders, rodders, collectors and more.  See the items listed on the card at the top of the page. Currently we are looking for t-shirts & clothing from the 1950's thru the early 90's as well as parts, collections , estates or inventory close-outs. We can visit  your home, shop or storage facility by appointment .  If you are looking to sell  or consign please give Bingo a call at 301-221-7325 or email  with a example of the items you have and we can set up a time to meet and go over your items.

  • We to adhere to the Second Hand Dealer requirements of Montgomery County Maryland, regarding purchases. All sellers must be 18 years or older and have a state issued ID.  Items deemed second hand personal property within these regulations, may be electronically recorded with the County and paid for with a company check.  This applies to storefront location buys only , we do not purchase gold or precious stones.



  • We have closed our brick and mortar store and are accepting consignments on a limited basis.  All items must be complete and in working order .  Clothing (except for vintage t-shirts ,vintage jeans & workwear ) must be clean and free of stains, rips or odors including pet hair & smoke. Any items that require more than light cleaning will be subject to a 20% cleaning charge. We reserve the right to decline items that do not meet our criteria.

  • Items are sold in our online store or in our eBay store CoolIntoCash . We offer a sales proceeds split after shipping costs and selling/payment fees .  We offer sliding rates for larger collections or higher sale price items  . The sale price for consigned items will be set by Bingo's Swap Meet Garage . Pricing will be discussed with the consignor prior to signing the consignment contract. 

  • Consignor payment for sold items will be made by company check on either a 30, 60 or 90 day basis depending on contract agreement . 

  • The consignment period is for 90 days. Items that do not sell within that period, can be renewed only if both parties agree. Unsold non renewed items agreement is made . Items must be picked up or delivered back to the consignor within 10 days after the consignment period ends. If not, the items are  considered abandoned and become property of Bingo's Swap Meet Garage to keep ,sell, donate or dispose of as we see fit with no  compensation due to the consignee.   

  • A consignment contract will be provided with these and other conditions upon agreement. All provisions within this contract are final and supersede any verbal agreements. Any changes to the original agreement must be done in writing.



  • A large part of what Bingo's Swap Meet Garage is all about is to fund The Saints of Kulture social organization and its mission to serve the Kulture Community.        
  • Currently The Saints of Kulture is NOT A TAX-DEDUCTABLE 501c3  we cannot offer a tax receiptWe may on occasion work with other organizations that do, so please let us know if one is necessary. Our goal is to one day become a hybrid for profit/non profit organization.

  • One donation program we are implementing is our B.I.G Program were we are asking for your old car, bike & tattoo related magazines. We resell them and put $1.00 - $5.00 of each and every one sold, (depending on sale price) towards The Saints of Kulture Social Organization serving the Kulture Community. The remainder of the proceeds help fund the shop, the website, supplies, expenses and everything else it takes to keep things going.  

  • Because of our fixed amount of  space, time and resources, we do have to limit as to what we can take in...even if it’s free.  As we grow so will our space and ability to process, present and sell more of the items offered for donation. So please call or email so we can discuss what you'd like to donate.

  • Donated items will be sold through Bingo's Swap Meet Garage either in our online shop or at shows or online auction sites. Depending on the item 30%-50% of the selling price will go towards the combined missions of The Saints of Kulture and the remainder will be used for operating expenses.

  •  On occasion some donated items will be re-donated back into the Kulture Community. For instance as door prizes at sponsored kulture events such as Car and Bike Shows.
  • It is also our hope to offer tools & scholarship money to student mechanics and other youth programs. We will be looking for corporate tool donations once our 501c3 is established. In the meantime we will draw items from donation proceed to put into these programs.
